Business Sales- Customer Service/ Inside Sales

International 100 year old stable company desires talented inside sales professional capable of identifying, prospecting, establishing, and maintaining strong business relationships within a protected territory.

Collaborating with Business Development and Regional sales team to help achieve regional sales objectives.

Follow up and quotes, proposals, and documenting outcome.

Documentation competitive information obtained using corporate database.

Coordination with National Accounts Team.

Serve as a point of contact and manage spot business coordinating customer's requirements with resources.

Ablility to develop and understanding of the products and services available to the customer, including lead times, plant capabilities, delivery schedules, certifications, packaging, options, available product grades, impurities, etc.

You will be tasked with developing new business within a established territory through utilization of leads, referrals, networking, cold calling and other professional sales techniques. Calling on established accounts to SELL services . Build and maintain referral relationship with existing database of clients.

Candidate should aspire to go into outside sales within two years!!!!!!!
REQUIREMENTS


Bachelors degree (prefer technical) or a combination of education and related work experience.

1-3 years customer service and or sales (preferably in industrial or manufacturing)

Ecellent written and oral communication skills.

Knowledge and ability to use software for spreadsheets, databases, word-processing and order entry.

Ability to use analytical thinking/techniques to solve problems.

Knowlege of and ability to utilize continuouis improvement technologies.
