Assessment Analyst

Simpson University seeks a half-time Assessment Analyst to provide support for the overall assessment efforts of the university. This position reports to the IR/Assessment Analyst in the Academic Office. The primary responsibility of the position is academic program reviews and assessment. Other responsibilities include data entry, organization, recordkeeping, and retrieval tasks using standard institutional software, and creation of a database for course evaluations and student feedback. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills required along with being a self-starter. Experience with Microsoft Office software desired and the ability to learn new software applications as needed is a must. Experience in qualitative and quantitative assessment methods preferred. Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience in an educational setting is desired.
