Job Description

Under the guidance and supervision of the Director of Emergency/Trauma Services and the Trauma Service Medical Director, serves as a clinical resource and program manager. This position supports the trauma team and maintains a strong component of patient advocacy with day to day review and coordination of multidisciplinary services. As a liaison between the hospital, state and local EMS agencies, the Trauma Program Manager ensures quality, timeliness and effectiveness of trauma care delivery. Reports to the Director of Emergency Services. Supervises Trauma practitioner, trauma registrar and trauma coordinator.

REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have BSN, prefer MSN, current Florida RN license. Prefer CEN, ENPC, TNCC or CCRN. Must have 5 years trauma ED or ICU experience. Prefer prior experience as TNC.
