Key responsibilities include:


Developing a new Quality Improvement initiative aimed at upgrading our home health program


Designing and executing data analysis studies of case management information


Identifying trends and seeking solutions to recurring problems


Monitoring the program's compliance with regulations


Reporting findings and consulting with managers regarding opportunities for program enhancements


Generating recommendations for improvement of current processes

Job Requirements:

Only licensed Florida RNs will be considered for this role, and clinical experience is also needed. Quality improvement, case management and managed care experience is preferred. CPHQ designation would be very helpful.
