Resident Assessment RN - MDS Relief

As adjunct to the MDS Coordinator this position participates in development of comprehensive PPS required assessments upon admission for both short and long term residents to Laurel Ridge. Full assessment of every client is essential to this position. Assists with quarterly assessments and MDS process.
REQUIREMENTS
Must possess an RN Nursing Degree from an accredited school of nursing
Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing prctices
Skills in leadership and communication
Must possess creativity, integrity, and initiative
Must be able to coodinate MDS systems, comprehensive resident assessment and appropriate care plans for each resident timely
Willing to seek out new methods and principles and be willing to incorporate them into existing nursing practices.
Computer skills necessary as Laurel Ridge utilizes (ECS) Electronic Charting System.
Flexibiltiy to mirror admission days and time.
