REHAB SERVICES MANAGER (Full-Time)

POSITION SUMMARY:
Is responsible for the oversight of administration of rehabilitation services including staff development as it pertains to Lanakila’s mission. Develops and directs service procedures, evaluation and assessment systems, training programs and curriculum. Monitors legal, regulatory and safety requirements as it relates to federal, state, local regulatory agencies and contract compliance. Implements procedures required for federal and state certification and CARF accreditation. Directs and oversees the admissions/intake process. Implements effective program planning, budget development, contract compliance and resource development procedures and activities. Conducts training for staff that work directly with clients, identifies related training needs and provides resources.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Social Service or related field required; minimum 5 years related administrative /management experience in rehabilitation services including 4 years direct service experience working with DD/MR population and 2 years training experience; must have excellent interpersonal and communications skills; proficiency in Word and Excel software and other applications; and valid driver’s license, clean driving abstract and access to insured vehicle.
