Hours: F/T MWW 36 hours Day/NightManage and provide outcome-directed care to a diverse, critically ill patient population with highly complex unpredictable needs. Access and interact with other members of the health care team in developing plan of care to achieve desired patient outcomes. Provide direction to ancillary staff. REQUIREMENTS
CT RN license. A minimum of one year medical or surgical experience required with excellent clinical performance record. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated flexibility, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills with an ability to function in an extremely busy environment.
