Shady Knoll Health Center is a modern 128 Bed Skilled Nursing Facility providing long term care as well as short term rehabilitation. Shady Knoll Health Center is seeking optimistic, dedicated LPNs and RNs to work on the 7-3, 3-11 or 11-7 shifts. Full and part time positions are available. We provide extensive orientation and training. Applicants with long-term care experience are encouraged to apply. REQUIREMENTS
•Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN or LPN.
•Long term care experience preferred
•Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served.
•Be a supportive team member, contribute to and be an example of team work and team concept
•Strong leadership and interpersonal skills as well as ability to problem solve required.
•Current CPR certificate
