RN Supervisor, 3p-11p
Masonicare is the premier geriatric healthcare provider in the State of Connecticut. We currently have an opening at our Masonic Healthcare Center located in Wallingford for a RN Supervisor for 3pm-11pm. In this role, the Nursing Supervisor will work under the direction of the Assistant Director of Nursing and the Vice President, Patient Care Services. The RN Supervisor has the authority and responsibility for carrying out established standards of practices and care and providing direction in the continuing provision of nursing services. He/She works in collaboration with Clinical Nurse Managers to take all reasonable steps to insure that the quality, safety and appropriateness of care are assured.
REQUIREMENTS


Minimum Qualifications: Education: Graduate of a school of professional nursing, BS in nursing or healthcare related field. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory capacity preferred. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Registration and current RN license in the State of Connecticut; CPR certification
