RN - Registered Nurse

The RN Supervisor, registered nurse supervisor, is responsible for providing nursing care to residents as prescribed by the physician. The RN is also responsible to comply with the standard nursing practices and regulations as directed by the Director of NursingOther Job functions:

Supervise licensed and non-licensed nursing personnel

Deliver direct resident care to all residents

Assign specific duties concerning residents care

Ensure proper staffing by calling in replacements for nursing personnel

Train and / or assist in the training of new employees
