RN Case Manager

The Case Manager assumes responsibility and accountability for management of the patient’s Plan of Care and the resources utilized within specific case groups for the patient’s stay.

2 year/Associate Degree
License/Certification: Current RN LicenseEXPERIENCE
2-3 years experience as a case manger in a hospital setting
