RN BHS SAFE Unit - Full-time (0.8) 7a-3:30p

NEW UNIT! The internationally recognized SAFE Program, for people who self-abuse, is relocating to Provena Mercy Medical Center! The SAFE RN is Responsible for assessing, planning, directing, coordinating, evaluating and providing the patient care given to a specific group of patients utilizing the nursing process and established Hospital policies and procedures. Will coordinate with the physician, other health care team members and family members to ensure the highest standard of care.

Must be flexible to ensure additional responsibilities, including floating to other units.

Current IL RN licensure; CPR/CPI.
