Ashlar of Newtown, an affiliate of Masonicare is a 156 bed not-for-profit Long Term Care and Short Term Sub-acute Rehab facility conveniently located in Newtown, CT next to I-84, Rte. 25 and Rte. 34. We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Director of Nursing.

Under the direction of the Director Nursing Services, The ADON is responsible for the daily supervision of nursing staff and delivery of quality resident care. He/She is responsible for the correct implementation of clinical support services/systems throughout the facility and ensures compliance with established standards, practices and regulatory requirements by the nursing department.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications:

Education/Registration:
RN License, State of Connecticut; BSN Required.

Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of long-term care and/or Subacute/Rehab management experience. Experience in clinical information systems preferred.
