REHAB TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST (RTS)

We are searching for a Rehab Technology Specialist (RTS) who will be successful in establishing a new branch for our company in the Nashville market. Now is your opportunity to get in at the start by assisting with the pre-opening marketing along with assisting us with the hiring of new team members. Our company uses clinical based principles to assist patients in achieving optimal positioning and function using wheelchairs and other assistive technology.

Essential Functions of this position include:
•Presenting one hour educational segments to potential referral sources
•Develop and follow up on leads and referrals
•Identify referral sources
•Establish and maintain referral relationships
•Collaborate with primary healthcare professionals in attaining proper medical equipment for patients
•Assess a patient’s physical parameters of need
•Assess a patient’s living environment
•Assess a patient’s potential to utilize the equipment in consideration
•Offer recommendations for solutions to patients, their families, the physician and primary therapists
•Work with a team of technicians to provide high level customer service
•Follow up with patients to insure a positive outcome
•Hold weekly meetings with the local staff to follow progress of all accounts
•Prepare reports to follow activity
REQUIREMENTS
•A special interest in this area of Sales, with 3 years of exposure to the industry
•Comfortable presenting and selling to professionals in all levels of healthcare
•Independent, competitive, self-starter
•Comfortable meeting new people and initiating conversation about rehabilitative seat and mobility.
