Pediatric Cases:
•Hammond: 7x/wk, 24 hrs per day, pick the day or days and times you want to work
•Hammond: Sat. 12p-5p and Thurs. 3p-8p
•Munster: Sun. through Thurs. 10p – 6a
•Gary: Mon. through Fri. 6a – 7p
•Gary: Tues. – Fri. 2:15p – 7:30p, Sat. 10:15a – 7:30p
•Gary: Mon. through Fri. 8 hrs. each day, daytimes
•Knox: Mon., Wed. & Fri. 11p-7a
•St. John: Sat. 11a – 1p
•St. John: Sat. & Sun. 12:30a – 8:30a
•Hamlet: 7x/wk 8hrs. each day, pick the
day or days and times you want
to work


Adult Cases:
•DeMotte: Sat., Sun., Tues. & Fri. 8a-Noon
•LaPorte: Every Other Sat. & Sun. 6a - 3:30p
