Physical Therapist (3,000- 5,000 sign-on)

The Jacob Hill Group is in search of 8-10 Physical Therapist for inpatient / outpatient environments within several Hospitals & Outpatient Centers. Any pediatric experience is huge pus and will command a more aggressive salary.This position serves as a clinical resource to hospital staff ensuring optimal patient care occurs through proactive communication, education, problem solving and staff development activities. Evaluates, treats and educates patients to detect, assess, prevent, correct, alleviate and limit physical disability, movement dysfunction, bodily malfunction and pain from injury, disease and any other bodily and mental conditions; helps patient reach his/her maximum performance and assume a place in society while learning to live within the limits of his/her capabilities. Meets all of the expectations of the discipline specific staff performance appraisal.Performs duties in support of the Health System mission to ensure the highest quality of patient care in an economically sound and efficient manner.Age range of patient population served: Pediatrics, Adolescent, Adult and Geriatric.
This position indirectly supervises Rehab Aides, volunteers and students.
REQUIREMENTS
Regulatory Requirements:
•Current State Physical Therapy Licensure, graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy or graduate of accredited college or university with a certificate in Physical Therapy.
•Current BCLS (CPR) certification.
Language Skills:
•Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
•Additional languages preferred.•Strong written and verbal skills.
