Paramedic Position
At The Newport ChemicalDepot - Newport, In
Paramedic(s) will individually and with other paramedics be trained professionals, certified and licensed by the National Registry. Will be able to provide rescue, triage and advanced life support for occupational injuries and illnesses during construction, operation and closure, and will be able to treat chemical agent injuries in accordance with protocols provided by the Newport Chemical Agent Disposal Facility (NECDF) Medical Director or designee.
Must be certified and licensed as a Paramedic by the National Registry and maintain such certification and license.
Must become qualified in performing triage, life support and transport Chemical Agent Injuries (Training will be provided after hire for the treatment of the Chemical Agent VX which is unique to the Newport Chemical Dept)
Hourly rate $19.70/hour
