Nursing Supervisor - House Supervisor

Memorial Hospital of Carbon County is looking for a full time Nursing Supervisor


Two full time openings; one day, one night. Must be an RN, have at least four years experience in supervising and coordinating activities of nursing personnel. Must be able to work independently, using critical thinking skills. Must have the ability to handle complex problems when dealing with patients and staffing needs. Assist staff whenever needed with various nursing duties.

Demonstrates the ability to supervise a large group of individuals, promoting positive and nurturing environment. Must maintain good working relationship with physicians and all staff within the hospital.
Will demonstrate eagerness to promote the hospital’s vision and mission statements within and outside of the hospital. Must have ACLS and BLS or be able to obtain within six months.
REQUIREMENTS
