Nursing Nurse/Family Partnership
Nursing Nurse/Family Partnership RN Pueblo Community Health Center has a full-time position. RN will provide case management services through a home visitation program for low-income, pregnant women. Baccalaureate degree in nursing or public health preferred. Combination of education and experience may be considered. Three to five years of nursing experience required, preferably in community health, home healthcare, perinatal and / or pediatric nursing. Must have valid Colorado nursing license, current BCLS course (C) CPR certification, valid driver's license and access to a vehicle. Must be able to make face-to-face contact with clients in their homes. Ability to speak Spanish preferred. Successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills; knowledge of nursing practices, lactation practices and techniques of working with pregnant women, infants and toddlers.
