Nursing Director of CATH Lab

Our client, a growing hospital system, is in need of a Director of CATH Lab for one of their hospitals. This Director will oversee all day-to-day activity in the Lab with a team of 15 FTEs. Patient population will include left and right catheterizations, angioplasties, stent placement, valvuloplasties, PFO closures and other invasive procedures. This Director will also handle budgeting, staffing and scheduling. You will also provide timely patient update info, training, inventory, capital equipment purchases and all supervision. MJK
REQUIREMENTS
Licensed RN
At least 1 year of management out of a cardiac catheterization lab.
Must have strong coaching and mentoring experience.
Ability to handle multiple assignments.
Knowledge of long and short range planning needed.
