Nursing Director Cardio & Critical Care

Our client, a Florida healthcare provider, is seeking a Nursing Director to oversee and build up the cardio and critical care areas for the hospital. You will oversee CVICU, CVOR and ICU with 6 direct reports and 150 employees. This director will ensure proper leadership that supports the hospital mission vision, goals and objectives while focusing on patients, physicians, employees and the community as customers. MJK
REQUIREMENTS
Licensed RN
BSN
2+ years in a leadership role out of a critical acute care hospital unit.
Knowledge of all JCAHO standards and preparedness.
Must have the ability to follow all hospital policies and procedures.
Must have the ability to develop new units and educate existing staff and leaders.
