Nurse Education Transition Unit (NET-U)
To help you make a smooth transition to your nursing career at Boswell Hospital, we're launching our new Nurse Education Transition Unit (NET-U). Staffed with experienced preceptors, this unit will provide all new nurses (experienced and new grads) with an individualized program of didactic and hands-on experience with a low patient ratio.
CCU Residency Program
The CCU Residency Program at Del E.Webb Hospital is a 12-month educational experience under the direction of a Nurse Residency Coordinator. It will provide you with in-depth exposure to our cath lab, emergency, telemetry and medical/surgical departments. It includes a 16-week clinical orientation with a designated preceptor.
