Our client, a large 300-bed acute care hospital, is in need of a manager to oversee all ortho beds. This manager will oversee a team of 60 FTEs along with responsibility of budgeting, staffing, scheduling and patient care. This manager will also need to motivate the nursing team and train appropriate staff personnel.

REQUIREMENTS
Licensed RN
BSN preferred
2+ years experience in a leadership role out of an ortho Med/Surg unit.
Special knowledge of JCAHO accreditation.
Must have the ability to follow hospital policies and procedures.
