Our client, an acute care community hospital in Southern Florida on the water with a laid back coastal environment, is in need of a ICU / ER Trauma Nurse Manager to oversee a 12-bed ICU along with a 60 day visitor count ER department. This manager will be responsible for staffing, patient care, and following all hospital policies and procedures. REQUIREMENTS
Licensed RN
At least 1 year in a leadership or supervision role out of an ICU or ER department.
Special knowledge of Trauma nursing is a plus.
Experience supervising a nursing team is a BIG plus.
