Full Time, Day, 40 hoursProviding excellent service to patients includes:
Administration and supervision of a patient care department
Promote the Professional Practice Model and Nursing Excellence initiatives including shared decision making, research, process improvement, evidence based practice, and evaluation of patient outcomes
Knowledge of the behaviors, developmental stages, physical and emotional needs, life cycle changes, culture, and comfort and care appropriate to the population served
Populations served by the department are identified in the department's scope of service
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing with a current license to practice as a registered nurse in the state of Indiana; Master's degree encouraged
CRRN certification preferred
Minimum of 3-4 years of recent progressive experience in nursing or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which compatible job knowledge can be acquired
