Licensed RN

Purpose: A leading Phoenix healthcare company is looking for licensed RNs to perform functions such as utilization management and medical case management. Candidates with some home health experience are HIGHLY preferred. Candidates will be doing telephonic assessments with elder members. MUST be compassionate, have a clear speaking voice, and be able to provide excellent customer service.

MUST be highly skilled with computers. You will be working with a window based program. Must have some technical background and be able to navigate very well on the computer. All work will be based on computer. This is a very office based position.

Responsibilities will include placing at least 8-10 calls/ day to assess members and completing approximately 5 assessments/day. Most calls will be based around general med surg.

Salary range is 55-58K/year.
