Licensed Practical Nurse, PRN, all shifts

The LPN provides direct nursing care while observing and maintaining security requirements. The LPN is responsible for the assessment and management of people with mental health, substance abuse and co-occurring conditions; assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for those receiving behavioral health services; function as a member of the multidisciplinary team.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications· Maintains a current state LPN License.
· Minimum of one year clinical experience as a LPN preferred. Correctional health care experience also preferred.
· Maintains CPR certification.
· Must receive and maintain satisfactory background investigation report.
