LPN

Provdes nursing health care services to residents according to policies and procedures. Assists in the implementation and continuing evaluation of Active Treatment Plan for residents. Participates in ongoing communication process. Maintains and assumes accountability for all scheduled and controlled substances. Maintains the security and cleanliness of medication room. Performs assessment of resident needs. Assists in maintaining adequate drug and pharmaceutical stocks. Transcribes orders after Medical Director's visit. Performs assessment of injured employees in the role of "First Responder". Other duties as required.
Pay rate is negotiable based on experience.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have LPN license
