Duties:
Psychiatric LPN needed. Very competitive pay, flexible hours and duties and positive work environment. Adults and children. Prior psychiatric medication knowledge required. No evenings or residential responsibilities.
The LPN would be responsible for providing medication education. Evaluation for clinical improvement and to monitor for adverse effect is also required. This may include taking vitals and reviewing lab results. TheLPN is directly responsible to the Medical Director or assigned designee for clinical issues and to the Clinical Director for all administrative issues.
Requirements:
Completion of an approved License Practical Nursing Program, an active and current nursing license within the State of Arizona and current CPR certification. Prior experience in an outpatient setting preferred.
