Home Health Nurse (Supervisor, Central Intake, or General)

Currently we have several types of Home Health RN positions available: Nurse Supervisor, Central Intake RN, Evening Home Care RN, and Diabetes Program Nurse Manager/Educator. See below for job requirements for each.
REQUIREMENTS
Home Health Supervisor/Manager:

The Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the private duty home care company, including business development, client intake, staffing and office operations. Must possess good leadership, motivational, communication and organizational skills, as well as positive, enthusiastic communication style. Private duty home care, marketing skills, staffing skills and office operations experience preferred. Must be a licensed registered nurse in the state of Florida.

Central Intake Clinical Review RN:

The Clinical Review Nurse is responsible for reviewing all OASIS start of cares, recertifications and plan of care for accuracy, HHRG score for appropriate frequency and duration and correct Clinical Pathway. Interacts with clinicians for timely and accurate completion of acceptable coding diagnosis in accordance with the requirements of the ICD-9-CM for Home Health Services. Previous Home Health experience required. Must be a registered nurse licensed in the state of Florida.

Home Care Evening RN:

1 year current Home Health experince required. Current registration with Florida State Board of Nursing as a registered professional nurse.

Diabetes Program RN Manager/Educator:

Must be a Certified Diabetes Educator
Must be a Registered Nurse in the state of Florida.
Must have Home Health experience.

The Diabetes Program Manager is responisble for the overall direction of Home Health Diabetes (DM) Management program. the program manager, in consultation with the Clinical Director, assures, that the program delivery is consistent with the agency's philosophy, objective, policies and procedures. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
