Home Health LPN Clinical Coordinator

The LPN Clinical Coordinator is responsible for obtaining and maintaining authorizations for home health visits to assure proper reimbursement. Schedules home health visits for all home care disciplines according to physician orders and authorizations. Responds to physician and staff phone calls by completing physician orders, communicating with staff and scheduling. Responsible for completing visits during high volume situations according to physician orders.
REQUIREMENTS
This full-time position works regular business hours, with weekends as needed. Current Tennessee LPN licensure required. At least 1 year LPN and 1 year Home care exp required. Must have current Drivers License, automobile insurance and clean MVR.
