Serving Escambia and Santa Rosa counties as well the Brewton and Atmore, Ala., area, Baptist Health Care is the largest health care system in northwest Florida.The Home Health Care Executive Director position will oversee the clinical and administrative operations of the Baptist Home Health Care facility.
The qualified candidate should possess:3 to 5 years hospice/home health management experienceMust have prior experience in budgeting, profit and loss management, billing and cash collections, reading and interpreting financial reportsAble to demonstrate leadership qualities in past achievements and/or previous work experienc
The Executive Director will also be responsible for:Financial management
Performance managementStaffingCompliance and coordination of home health care services
Additional responsibilities may include:Partnering with other services in strategic planning of innovative patient focused initiatives
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate should possess:Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Business, Health Management, Nursing, or related fieldA successful candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skillsCommitment to providing the highest degree of quality healthcareGood understanding of JCAHO standards and surveys as well as state and federal regulations
