Job Description The GEO Group, Inc. (GEO) is a world leader in the delivery of correctional and detention management, medical and mental health rehabilitation services and other diversified services to federal, state and local government agencies around the globe. We currently have a Health Services Administrator position available at our Florida Civil Commitment Center in Arcadia, FL.

The Health Services Administrator manages health service programs activities for GEO/Florida Civil Commitment Center. Directs the work of other employees. Ensures adequate staffing, develops policies, selects, hires and evaluates staff. Secures contracts for ancillary services. Reports directly to the Facility Administrator.Job RequirementsThe successful candidate must have an Associates or Bachelor’s degree from a National League of Nurses approved program; graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. Current and unrestricted Florida license required. Five years of related work experience in an inpatient, residential or correctional setting preferred. Three years administrative/
supervisory experience preferred. Able to pass a background check and drug screen.
