DIRECT CARE PROFESSIONALS

What are Direct Care Professionals? DCP's are responsible for the direct supervision, teaching and "hands on" assisting with adults who have been diagnosed with a developmental disability and have challenging behaviors. Duties to include supporting these special individuals by teaching basic life skills, communication, socialization, and daily living skills. We are looking for people who have the compassion to fulfill this special need as well as the commitment to provide this service. Full & Part Time positions available for the Adult MR/DD Group Home in the SE Orlando area. Starting hourly rate based on education and experience. Evening, night, and weekend shifts available with shift premiums. Part Time AM shifts also available. Requires a HS diploma and a Florida driver's license.
