Position Profile
- The Director of Pediatrics/PICU will provide leadership to 40 FTEs and report to the Chief Nursing Officer
- This position has oversight of the eight-bed PICU, 32-bed pediatric unit, PICU transport team, and the newly offered pediatric infusion services

REQUIREMENTS

- Qualified candidates will be bachelor’s prepared nurses with three to five years of nursing management experience and demonstrated PICU competency
- We are seeking a visionary leader with a passion for nursing
- Current RN licensure, as well as BLS and PALS certification are required; Florida RN license preferred
