Director of Nursing

The Director of Nursing will be directly responsible for planning, coordination, implementation, evaluation and supervision of the nursing staff and services.
The Director of Nursing will also establish processes that are focused on maintaining the highest possible level of care and services for each resident.This is a Greystone Healthcare Managed FacilityJob Requirements
The Director of Nursing must be:

Must be a registered nurse in good standing and currently licensed in the State of Indiana

Must have at least 1 year of experience in a long term / skilled nursing environment

Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, orientation, evaluation, discipline, and dismissal of nursing personnel
