Dietitian or Registered Nurse

Neighborhood Health Clinics, Inc., a community health center for the medically underserved, is seeking a Registered Dietitian, Nutritionist, or Registered Nurse for its Women's, Infant, and Children (WIC) nutritional supplement program. Screen, assess, and evaluate clients' nutritional status. Provide diet planning and counseling on an individual/group basis. Position is 20 hours per week with some benefits. Work schedule is Mon-Fri, primarily 1st shift hours. Neighborhood Health Clinics is located at 1717 S. Calhoun Street in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidate must be one of the following: Registered Dietitian, a Nutritionist that is considered Registered Eligible, or a Registered Nurse. Prefer one year experience in maternal and child health or clinic setting, with teaching responsibilities. Registered Nurse or Dietitian must be licensed in the state of Indiana.
