Department: Women and Children's ServicesSchedule: Full-timeShift: Day shiftHours: Has 24 hour responsibilityJob Details: BSN required. - Master’s Degree preferred. - Five (5) years management experience required. - Current Wyoming RN license required - Must have good communication and organizational skills.Has 24 hour responsibility for coordinating delivery of quality patient care within budgetary guidelines and policies /procedures of the department and hospital. Coordinates all patient care activities. Establishes monitoring systems to ensure quality patient care. Interviews, supervises/facilitates orientation for new employees. Completes probationary / annual performance reviews. Prepares staffing/ operating budget annually; monitors monthly reports to ensure that unit remains within established budget. Ensures schedules provide appropriate coverage for the unit. Assures information in the ANSOS Staffing/Scheduling system is accurate. Serves as the Customer Service Advocate. Demonstrates leadership, professional skills; facilitates the same on the units.
