CNA - Hospice

Department: HospiceSchedule: Full-timeShift: Variable shiftHours: 8 am to 4:30 pmJob Details: High school diploma or equivalent is required. - Current WY CNA license is required. - Current CPR certification is required. - Valid driver's license is required. - 1 year of CNA experience is required. - Hospice and/or Home Care is experience is preferred.Works under the supervision of RN, LPN, and Nurse Manager. Assigned basic nursing care duties and assists professional personnel as appropriate. Must be able to sit, stand, or walk for long periods of time, able to lift/transfer/carry at least 50 lbs. using appropriate devices. Good communication skills.
