CNAs

We are seeking caring, enthusiastic, and patient individuals to join our great team in providing basic nursing care to our residents under the direction of a licensed nurse.



Required qualifications for CNAs include:



* State certification/registration or graduation from a state-approved nursing assistant training program

* Knowledge and experience in bedside nursing

* Warmth and patience when working with senior population

* Able to read, speak, and understand the English language

* Effective verbal and written communication skills

* Positive, friendly attitude

* Ability to work effectively as part of a team



Preference will be given to candidates who possess a high school diploma or G.E.D.



Care Partners We are seeking caring, enthusiastic, and patient individuals to join our great team in providing basic assisted living care under the direction of a licensed nurse to residents in our memory care community. In this challenging yet rewarding position, you will provide psychosocial care through participation in activity programs and behavioral approaches and redirection techniques appropriate for Alzheimer’s care, as well as assistance with personal hygiene needs, light housekeeping, laundry, and meal service for residents.



Required qualifications for Care Partners include:



* Knowledge and experience in bedside nursing

* Warmth and patience when working with senior population

* Able to read, speak, and understand the English language

* Effective verbal and written communication skills

* Positive, friendly attitude

* Ability to work effectively as part of a team



Preference will be given to candidates who possess:



* High school diploma or G.E.D.

* QMAP certification

* C.N.A. license
