Assistant Nurse Manager

Looking for experienced Assistant Nurse Managers who are also working managers. The interested applicant should have previous telemetry & supervisory/charge nurse experience for the 23 Hour Observation Unit. Applicant must demonstrate excellent assessment and communication skills. Responsibilities for managing care of assigned patients, delegating and coordinating activities of ancillary staff. Experience with scheduling, performance reviews, and staff development preferred. Qualifications
- 7P-7:30A
- Florida Licensed Registered Nurse
- BLS
- Telemetry background
- Previous Charge and/or Supervisory experience required
- Minimum of 3 years Acute care experience
- Bachelors Degree preferred.
