We have the following opportunity at the Central Phoenix, AZ Surgery Center.This position will be responsible for providing management for overall operations for Phoenix Eye Surgical Center. Will provide expertise to maximize facility usage and reimbursement by keeping abreast of economic and social trends that are driving healthcare and ambulatory surgery centers. Salary is competitive with annual bonus opportunities.All qualified candidates must have Bachelor’s Degree be an RN and have at least 2 year previous outpatient surgery management experience. Ophthalmology experience is required. They should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, financial and computer skills and be willing to learn all aspects of the business. Candidates should be able to multi task comfortably and have ability to adapt to a changing environment.
