Our mission is to improve lives by mobilizing the caring power of community.If you are an expert in the Youth Achieving Potential area (e.g. school readiness, health and nutrition, socialization, early childhood development, after school programs), able to produce clear and concise written documents, think critically, facilitate group process, enjoy research and analysis, develop a working knowledge of public policy issues and can effectively formulate strategies to develop community partnerships this job may be for you. Responsibilities also include recruiting, orienting, training, managing and assisting impact area volunteers to devise strategies and implement a work plan consistent with the purpose of the impact area.

REQUIREMENTS
Master's degree in social work or a related field and 3 yrs. of applicable human/social service experience or a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences and a minimum of 5 yrs. full time human/social service experience. Possess expertise in the specific issue area and be able to produce clear and concise written documents. Ability to think critically, facilitate group process and form strategies to develop community partnerships necessary to address community needs as well as possess the ability to conduct research, analyze and evaluate issues to make recommendations on courses of action. Excellent computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook programs.
