Unit Director [New Jersey]

Unit Director Location: Elwyn – New Jersey Reports to:Director of Community Living Programs

Responsibilities: Oversees the operation and delivery of services for 8 to 10 group homes as part of a community based program. Responsible for the direct supervision of 4 to 5 Program Coordinators who provide supervision for two homes. Maintains fiscal solvency while assuring compliance with agency and State standards.

Participates in recruitment, hiring, promotion, termination and disciplinary action in a unionized environment. On-call responsibilities. Requires high energy and excellent problem solving skills.Job Requirements
Requirements:Bachelors level degree; Masters preferred. Must be in a concentration certifiable as a QMRP by NJ Standards.

5 to 10 years Progressive work experience in human services field. Supervision and Management Experience required.
