Trainer

NHS is currently looking for a Regional Training Coordinator that has the experience and abilities to:
*Research/develop training curricula to address the emergent needs of the facility and Eastern region
*Standardize training materials throughout MR division
*Ability to train, assess, and develop field employees into adjunct trainers
*Assess strengths and needs with regard to facility, unit, and individual employee aptitude and skill competencies
REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Education; Master's degree preferred
*3-5 or more years supporting individuals with Mental Retardation and Co-Morbid Mental Illnesses OR 2 years in a management position in the field of Human Services
*Strong presentation, writing, and organizational skills
*Competency in Word required, Microsoft Access is a plus
*Certified as a trainer in a number of disciplines
