Trainer

The trainer will be responsible for the in house training of the entire Philadelphia division and will ensure that training classes are always in compliance with all departments within the company along with:*Deliver, monitor, and administer trainings and workshops to include preservice and compliance training.
*Support and maintain database information and documentation on trainings attended by employees.
*Engage and support relationships with partner agencies to ensure registration, attendance, and proper credentialing.
*Research local and national resources for training opportunities relevant t NHS mission and goals of programs under the behavioral health umbrella.
*Interact with valid levels of management to asses training needs and resource availability.
*Maintain and order supplies and training materials as needed.
*Process photo ID's for NHS employees.
*Identify and completer trainings as identified in partnership with supervisor.NHS is an EOE.
REQUIREMENTS
-A minimum of 24 college credits are required in a human services field
-BA degree in Education or a related field preferred
-2 years prior social work and or training experience in current work
-some evenings required
-mental health background preferred but not required
