Social Services - MSW Dialysis Cntr in the Torrance/Gardena area seeking an MSW. FT/PT flex hrs. Initial/Quarterly/Ongoing Psych/Soc evaluation and support. Assist patients/families in understanding & adj to ESRD. Screen patients for Medicare/MediCal elig. Asst patients with Transplant referrals.
