We are currently seeking an invidual to join our Roanoke Rapids team as a Social Worker to provide services for our patients and families dealing with end of life issues in Halifax County.

The individual will:
-Work as part of the hospice team
-Conduct/complete assessments
-Provide counseling
-Bereavement services/Volunteer coordination
REQUIREMENTS
-MUST HAVE A BSW OR MSW FROM AN ACCREDITED UNIVERSITY.
-Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Must be able to handle mutiple tasks and have excellent time management skills.
-Must have valid driver's license and vehicle for work.
