Responsibilities: admission/discharges, MDS's, interdisplincary planning. CSW or LSW required.Social Services Director functions include, but are not limited to: supervising social services staff, providing direct services, advocacy, counseling, service coordination, discharge planning, education, in-servicing, policy and program development, and community relations.Job Requirements
The Genesis Social Services Director will abide by and practice according to the Genesis HealthCare Social Services Policies and Procedures Manual, state and federal guidelines, and the National Association of Social Workers’ “Code of Ethics.”
