Shelter Shift Supervisor

Girls and Boys Town is seeking an energetic individual eager to make a difference in the lives of at-risk boys age 11-18 years.

Duties include overseeing all aspects of clinical operations for scheduled shifts, participating in the supervision and training of direct care staff, and assisting the Program Director in meeting the daily needs of the facility.
REQUIREMENTS
Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related human service field. Prefers two years experience working with adolescents in an emergency shelter setting or Girls and Boys Town Treatment Model experience and knowledge of consultation, training, evaluation or administration acquired from hands-on experience. Prefers 2 years experience supervising adults. Must possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record. Drug Testing/EOE
